Integrity Institute Submits Response to the European Commission's Consultation on the Delegated Act for Researcher Data Access under the DSA

On December 10th, 2024, the Integrity Institute submitted a response to the European Commission's consultation on the delegated act for researcher data access under the DSA.

We would like to acknowledge the contributions from our members: Yee Carter, Henriette Cramer, Peter Chapman, Kevin Koehler, Leah Ferentinos, and Chris Miles.

Our submission emphasizes the importance of creating a high-level data inventory to enhance transparency for researchers while addressing challenges such as evolving data structures, inconsistencies, and accuracy concerns. Additionally, we provided input on facilitating real-time monitoring and addressing legal barriers to data sharing.

This marks our 3rd consultation for the Commission this year. We are thankful to both the European Commission and our members for continuing to foster the relationship between regulators and this community.
